Add FAQ/Troubleshooting for new developers #19
Description
I've been asked like a dozen times questions like “Why I'm not getting PUSH notifications”, “What is subscription”, “Why should it be both”.
To make it easier for the newcomers to know how to use or troubleshoot the module, a FAQ should be written.
