The Problem is that in Kubernetes (which your configuration looks like) the rooms/receivers are always prefixed with the namespace and the name of config (namespace/config_name/receiver).
You can use the query parameter room_name with the dispatch endpoint and set it to the receiver name, that should fix the error.

For example:

Hi, I was facing the same issue mentioned by @brunobergamo, and the problem is in the Helm chart.

The latest chart version (2.1.1) points to Docker image version 2.0.2 (which does not have backward compatibility with the room_name parameter).

I was able to fix it by updating the image tag in the Helm chart deployment values:
