Since Mesa has support AMD platform to utilize its VPE hardware, and we know user can use config file to control whether to enable this feature or not, however, not all the user with this knowledge to enable VPE for extra power saving for video processing。
Therefore, is it possible that MPV can figure out a way to default enable this feature?
I guess we just need to figure out the hardware is support VPE or not。
