console.lua show commands without a shortcut key avoiding comments

in uosc it'll show commands without a keyboard shortcut assuming it just searches for # then anything then for #! and if that line contains that it'll show up in keybindings search.

since mpv doesn't have that to avoid comment lines with just a # would it be possible to search for

# script-binding then whatever
# script-message then whatever
# script-message-to then whatever
# "run" then whatever
# run then whatever
# 'run' then whatever
# cycle-values then whatever
# set then whatever

simply ran out of shortcut keys even with using five leader keys
