what's the equivalent mpv configuration for vlc's rate=123.123 and time-streching audio?

in vlc if i want to change the default playback speed i edit the file ~/.config/vlc/vlcrc and change the value:

rate=0.981818

how to do that in mpv?
also i want to to know the equivalent of time-stretching audio in mpv.

in mpv you adjust the playback speed by modifying the option speed. you can do that in several ways:

• by editing the configuration file ~/.config/mpv/config.
• setting up a keybinding to change the option in your ~/.config/mpv/input.conf. (default keybinding to change the playback speed are [, ], { and })
• or simply opening the console by pressing the backtick key ` and setting the value you want. (set speed 1.5)

the equivalent of Time-Stretching audio in mpv is audio-pitch-correction and it's enabled by default.

mpv --force-window --af=scaletempo=scale=0.981818 --shuffle /path/to/audio/files/

I'm not very familiar with audio filters, but if I were you, I would keep it simple and just use the speed option as I said before:
mpv --force-window --speed=0.981818 --shuffle /path/to/audio/files/
