Runtime hardware acceleration toggle default change

If i use Ctrl+h during video playback, it toggles between no hardware and d3d11va-copy. But my a770 produces green screen with d3d11va-copy, how can I change this to d3d11va for runtime ctrl+h toggle?
note: I've already created mpv.conf to set d3d11va default, but ctrl+h toggle still switches to d3d11va-copy

Ctrl+h cycle-values hwdec no d3d11va in input.conf.

sorry I don't understand.. I don't see input.conf file in my mpv folder, only fonts.conf
