Are animated AVIF supported ?

Must be a skill issue on my side, but I'm not sure about this as ffplay works out of the box with animated AVIF but not MPV and I did not find any relevant information.
Should I open an issue then ? Thanks in advance.

Hmmmmm... Seems more like a skill issue in the end : I tried again and this time it works (on both stable and git), I will then blame nvidia as the eternal culprit for every possible weird behaviour on my computer.
