Show only one character for hours in OSC duration text

Linux Debian based distro
MPV 0.35.1

Add the option to only show one character (number) for hours in OSC duration text.
By default MPV uses
HH:MM:SS
I am requesting
H:MM:SS
because I do not have any content that is over 9 hours long :)

I asked if this was possible to achieve here #14406 and did not get any responses, so I am assuming that this is not currently possible.
