Change scale ratio of subtitles during resize window

Q1 : mpv resize subtitle by window size. I want to change scale factor of resize. Say 100 on full screen and 50 on half size. I want to change 50 to 60 or 70.

Q2 : line spacing option is looks like pixel based. Is it possible to set to relative number? Like 120%

sub-ass-line-spacing=30
