Is there a variable bitrate option?

Is there any option to put the variable bitrate or limit the bandwidth? it's because i need to use it with limited bandwidth and the setup now doesn't work, it requires a lot of bandwidth.

This depends on the capabilities of your v4l2 device. You might look to https://github.com/mpromonet/v4l2camera, or v4l2-ctl.

Hello, thank you very much for answering.
It won't let me install the v4l2camera project. gives the error

v4l2rtspserver/inc/V4l2RTSPServer.h:17:10: fatal error: BasicUsageEnvironment.hh: No such file or directory

I am looking to broadcast sporting events at the highest possible quality with the Rasberry and of all that I have tried, v4l2rtspserver is the best but I cannot make the bitrate variable and of course with 4G data it does not work.
