The rest of the comments below are pointing out incorrect capitalization in table headers. For example, "Error classes" -> "Error Classes" on page 865 to be consistent with the capitalization in "Buffer Address Constants" on page 865, or "Constants Specifying Empty or Ignored Input" on page 866.
