Problem

• "pg 503, ln 20 - comment in example about freeing the group because the library doesn't need it seems out of place. also lib_comm is not used, or at least commented how it might be used. #966

• pg 514, ln 31 - Example 11.16 says ""Start 3 instances of the same program myprog"", but the above text states that ""(Even the -n x argument is optional; the default is implementation dependent. It might be 1, it might be taken from an environment variable, or it might be specified at compile time.)"". So the number of instances of myprog should really be implementation-defined, or explicit -n arguments added for clarity.

• pg 528, ln 32 - only mpi_memory_alloc_kinds includes a parenthetical with the value type and default, which looks out of place. perhaps it can be removed, or other keys such as mpi_initial_errhandler can be extended with type and default?" #967
