Problem

• p 270, lines 35-36 : the sentence "This array must be identical on all calling MPI processes." should be in the text, not just in the argument description
• p 282, lines 41/42 ish: "from any MPI process" -> "from each MPI process". this more consistent with the same argument description for MPI_Allgatherv_init.
• p 285, lines 26. "from any MPI process" -> "from each MPI process". this more consistent with the same argument description for MPI_Alltoallv_init.
