some last minute cleanups for process management chapter

Problem

More issues found with formatting etc. for chapter 11 of the RC.

• pp. 489-490 (pdf-pg. 535-536), FORMAT - Example 11.5 is split over bottom of page. May want to nudge it down a bit to have lear break (possibly by adding vspace between examples?)
• pp. 491 (pdf-pg. 537), FORMAT - Line 2-3, latex bind "rank~0" to avoid line-split
• pp.493 (pdf-pg. 539), Sect-11.3, Line 25-26 single sentence paragraph
• pp. 497 (pdf-pg. 543), Ex. 11.9, Line 24, "ses YB" should be "sesYB" (remove space)
• pp. 497 (pdf-pg. 543), Ex. 11.9, Line 38, "SF(ses)" should be "SF(sesX)" (add 'X')
  (note: both were in MPI-4.1)

Everything that didn't go in before the RC was cut needs to be listed in the review process now. Having the PR is good and will make it easy to fix at the meeting though.

I think I"m going to leave the single sentence paragraph. It's rather significant and having it standalone makes it more prominent.

I am also going to leave the split example problem for any final changes to the doc since the break may move if we do additional edits.
