Problem with accessing the correct modelspace limits for some viewports

Hey,
I come across a major problem that happens to me in various dxf files I've worked with.

Currently when I want to parse the layouts in a dxf file, I iterate over each viewport -> grab its modelspace limit using viewport.get_modelspace_limits() and then iterate over all of the modelspace entities and check each one if the are bounded inside the modelspace limits.

This should have been work relativley straightforward - the issue is that for some file it doesnt work at any of their viewports, some files it works across all the viewports and there are even files where for some viewports it works great and for some it doesn't.

Would much appreciate any help. Attached is a file where it work for some of its viewports.

These are the viewports in the file. As can be seen, most of them have the wrong modelspace limits.
