Describe the bug

When new version is avaiable the "View version x.y.z details" shows the original code snippets plugin changelog.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. (If new version is not avaible set your custom)
2. Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins
3. Find WPDistro Code Snippets
4. Click on View version x.y.z details
5. See the original changelog

Expected behavior

The WPDistro Code Snippets is expected to show insted of the original one.
