RTL arrow glyphs pointing the wrong way

Description

Unicode arrows used to show directions back (as in subnav/breadcrumbs) point the same way in LTR and RTL languages.

Steps to reproduce

https://www.mozilla.org/nl/404/ LTR: pointing left
https://www.mozilla.org/he/404/ RTL: also pointing left

Expected result

In RTL context, the "back" metaphor should point towards the right edge(?)
