Experiment: new images and copy on /new/ for en-US and en-CA

Description

We have updated images and copy for /new/, that we need to apply to the /new/ page.

We will have English copy in the future that is more suitable for translation. Until then, we will only apply these changes to en-US and en-CA.

We will also split traffic 50/50 to understand impact over a 2 week period. This is a direct request from PMM.

Design: Figma (refer to "syd's updated design" in the "under review" section. Only the /new/ page is in scope for this issue

Success Criteria

• New copy and images applied to en-US and en-CA version of /new/ page
• Traffic cop set up, sending 50% of traffic to current design/copy, and 50% of traffic to new design/copy.
• Traffic cop set up for both en-US and en-CA
• unique events (or ability to pull unique events) on the download button for variants, in order to properly track CTR of each variant

@stevejalim I see you added the FXC label. I think we should not port the experiment to springfield. If we decide to make the images or copy permanent that'd be the time to implement for FXC.
