Display context immediately after adding

After adding a file or any other context or fragment the sllm buffer is not updated immediately and it isn't clear what is the context till the prompt is run. I think it's better if sllm buffer reflects the current state at any given moment.

I suggest giving the buffer a name - sllm, for example.

buffer name added, nowadays I am preparing for v0.2.0 you can check the milestone, the focus was the addition of on the fly tools/functions registration to llm. I think this is really valid concern I will draft something for 0.3.0. I think I can somehow make it editable but need some more thinking, feedbacks are very welcome, I hope you are using it. Please check the latest feature, I think they are quite cool now.
