Especially the top indent is missing.

This is a known issue, I find that content accuracy isn't actually what the driver excels at, and if I remember correctly the size (in millimeters) don't quite match too. We might need to use a different method of adjusting the margins and raster dimensions (line_size, num_lines) in the page prologue prn_lbp2900.c.
