Add/Remove items to the Start Context Menu

I want to add/remove items to the start menu context menu and not to the taskbar

Have you tried using type='*' and where=window.is_start?
For removing/modifying:

remove(find='Powershell' type='*' where=window.is_start)

For creating new items:

item(title='Test' where=window.is_start type='*')

but it's fine on windows 10
is there any solution for windows 11?
