maf_to_custom_track TO DO list

There are some missing (planned) features in maf_to_custom_track. In addition to those noted directly in the code, we should think about a better way to colour mutations in aSHM regions. I was thinking that any mutations specifically matching the AID motif should be a distinct colour. This could rely on our new motif-matching function being implemented by Houman.
