[Feature request] make XML Tools translatable

I would like to translate XML TOOL into Italian. Is it already possible to do it?
If not, is it possible to make XML tools translatable?
It seems there is not a standard for translation:

N++ doesn't have a standard for translation.
However other 3 plugins are translatable: they created their own translation file ( https://community.notepad-plus-plus.org/topic/25887/translation-plugin/12 ).
Notepad+ has now the possibility to send an event when the language changes.
Since XML-Tools is one of the plugins I use the most, I would like to translate it.
Is it possible to make it translatable in the future?
