Watchman: Support k8s 1.22+

I think that these charts won't support k8s beyond 1.21, since 1.22 removes a bunch of API versions: https://kubernetes.io/blog/2021/07/14/upcoming-changes-in-kubernetes-1-22/#api-changes

This definitely affects the Watchman ingress resource and may affect other charts in this repo.

We're upgrading our clusters to at least 1.21 but may go further. If we do, I'll try modifying the charts appropriately and will open a PR if we get everything working OK.

Sounds good. We should probably revamp these charts since they're fairly out of date with the latest Helm.

@adamdecaf Sorry it took a bit to get back to you! Turns out we're not using the ingress, so I never made any changes and got caught up in piles of other stuff here :/

Are you using these charts? I was wondering if they should be deprecated.

We'll be using the Watchman chart for the foreseeable future. I will try to remember to check back in if anything changes. I appreciate the support 😄
