Add Support for SH8601 AMOLED Driver

Hi,

Please consider adding official support for the SH8601 driver.

This driver is used in popular displays like the ESP32-S3-Touch-AMOLED-1.8 from Waveshare, and other devices from LILYGO and Waveshare. Waveshare even uses a modified version of Arduino_GFX to support it in their examples.

Adding native support would be very helpful for the community.
