Underline position and undeline thinkness are set to zero

The `post` table has the following:
```xml
    <underlinePosition value="0"/>
    <underlineThickness value="0"/>
```

This breaks underline drawing when the renderer uses the values from the font, for example: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/pango/-/issues/616
