Remove unsafeScope #221
Description
We're going to call the contents of this Map "entrypoint capabilities", and we're going to stop adding the Map itself as an entrypoint capability. This mostly will require changing how the loader turns its ambient names into the entrypoint arguments and named arguments. Typhon itself should do a better job, and the prelude should hopefully stop existing as a barrier to better loading.
