Adding Tamil99 keybord layout

Hi Monkeytype team.
I have seen that you have provided the Tamil language. But there is no layout emulator for it. It would be nice if you add the Tamil99 layout emulator for Tamil. It is the officially recognised layout for the language.

Sure I can try! I've done this before on my own branch, and would be happy to do this for you.

Do you mind showing me what the standard version of a tamil 99 looks like, I cant find one online.

This is this is the Standard version of Tamil 99 keyboard.

please note that Tamil is written abugida script.
So, to type letters like கொ(kho) first க has to be typed and then ொ has to be typed. (The dotted circle is replaced by the previous character.

Anyways, I fixed a bunch of prettier problems, and now am waiting for it to be approved by someone, next update on it i'll fix the layout to look like that, but this is it now #6517

Hey, the layout you have added is the correct one. I took this image from Wikipedia and it seems that they have mistakenly posted a different layout. (The image I have previously attached is wrong).

Here is the correct one which is also present in the same wiki page.

The previous image shows the Tamil Inscript layout.
