Skipping forward in video takes 1 second

Describe the bug
Double tap to skip forward in video takes 1 second. It's annoying when I am looking at a specific scene and need to do multiple double taps to find the scene.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Double tap on video
2. The video pause for 1 second
3. Then it skip forward

Expected behavior
it should be instant. Xplayer app skip forward is instant, not 1 second.

Device (please complete the following information):

• Model: OnePlus n10
• OS: Android 11
• Version 0.198
