Add momtv_ghost_alpha #2428
Description
We just renamed momtv_ghost_alpha to momtv_ghost_projectile_alpha, since controlling projectile opacity is by far the most important thing. We want to add another convar (with same name as old convar) that controls base opacity, and default to 255.
