Freecam during a run is faster than regular noclip

Describe the bug

Your freecam noclip max speed seems to be ~2x the speed of regular noclip when the timer isn't running. Here's a video where I hold W for 3 seconds with a macro in noclip and freecam starting at x=0: https://youtu.be/iT_vDXSWKLM

How To Reproduce

1. Noclip when the timer is not started
