Having a data type for Time "18:00:00" without the date part

I want to construct an open time frame from 18:00 to 21:00. I thought I go with a Time type and the Duration.
What you think?

Luxon doesn't provide different types of date / time types for simplicity.
You could either

• Pick an arbitrary date and use Interval.
• Pick an arbitrary date, store only the start DateTime and store a Duration alongside it.

Which of the two works best for you really depends on the circumstances.
