Make auto indent work when new left_header_colname = ""

left_header_colname = ""

which is a common use case

This is less critical than i thought because you can set left_header_colname = " " (note the space) to achieve the same thing

The fix for this is probably simply replacing left_header_colname = "" with " " if it's used
