Merge tag 'v4.5' into develop

 Adding Eureka Service Discovery to the Zoo

- Some other refactoring to the project structure.
- Documenting all the process and new structure.
- All Microservices communications is done through Discovery server.
- Adding Eureka server docker file, and add it to the docker-compose files.
