compose.env from repository confuse me

I started Docker short time ago, now I'm testing komodo for my home lab and looks great, thanks to all folks here.

There is something that made me confused and I believe can be improved. The file compose.env in the repo is a mix of three files that could be called: .env, core.env and periphery.env, but as described in the header comments is not clear at all. Changing at least the comments may make this file more dummy-friendly :)
