Log triggered action?

I had a power outage and when some of my services came back up, they were in a bad state. I tried to search, but couldn't find any documentation for actions triggered by log files.

Essentially, what I'm looking for is "If you see 'server misbehaving' then restart the container." Is this possible, or do I need to setup something else to monitor and trigger an action?
