How to cleanup Stack entry left in database but not on disk, causing lots of log entries

There seems to be a database entry referring to a Stack that no longer exists and the log is filled with:

ERROR core::monitor::alert::stack: failed to get stack from db | did not find any Stack matching 67d3279ed3144e57946a13f8

How can I find this entry and cleanup?
