First of all, I love Komodo. It's already an extremely powerful tool, and I'm currently in the process of migrating all my containers to it from Portainer and Dockge. It's the perfect middle ground of a Clean UI (Dockge) and loads of features (portainer).
My suggestion involves the current Permission system.
It's already very detailed and allows for granular access control for each type of resource.
But as far as I figured out (it of course could be that I just have not found the correct setting) there is no way to limit the creation of new Stacks and deployments.
This isn't too bad since the User also needs the permission to use a Server to use these resources, but nevertheless he can spam the UI and create hundreds of empty resources.
Therefore, I would suggest a Permission to limit resource creation.
