How to use AWS builder?

Hi!

I have tried setting up AWS builder following this guide: https://komo.do/docs/build-images/builders but I get the error:

ERROR: failed to get builder

TRACE:
	1: failed to start builder ec2 instance
	2: dispatch failure
	3: timeout
	4: client error (Connect)
	5: HTTP connect timeout occurred after 3.1s
	6: timed out

When using, how can I debug this?
