does rspack module-federation supports "experiments.federationRuntime = 'hoisted' "?

it is now asyncStartup: true - but we only support this in webpack, not rspack yet. I need to update the rust code still

We are considering update to latest in our organization but I see that it require usage of asyncStartup:true.
We have webpack and rspack users for the custom plugin relay on your codebase.
It is supported now? can we safely upgrade? @ScriptedAlchemy
