Questions about the __FEDERATION__ object

Hi, is there any documentation about the __FEDERATION__ object? Is this a reliable way to check how module federation is configured when not using @module-federation/enhanced (I am using https://rsbuild.dev/config/module-federation/options)

It seems that singleton is always set to false on this object?

file a git issue, looks like a bug if i assume you have it set to true in the plugin?
