Using MODPATH6 with a SEAWAT Model

Hi,

I’m encountering a problem using MODPATH6 with my SEAWAT model. Specifically, MODPATH6 has trouble reading the head file, which causes the simulation to fail. I’m also unsure whether MODPATH6 is suitable for particle tracking in a SEAWAT (density-dependent) model.

My recollection is that MODPATH6 will work with SEAWAT output. Are you using the latest version of SEAWAT? Are you able to read SEAWAT heads with FloPy?
