Multiple Polling intervals (prevent potential battery usage)

Currently the polling interval is every 1 min. As discussed with the repo owner, it would be great to have various options
like 5m, 10m, 15m, 30m, 60m.

This is my first OP discussion, sorry if anything is inappropriate.
