ConnectionResetError: [Errono 104] Connection reset by peer

Hi!
While testing a model for contribution to ModelHub.ai a connection reset error is thrown.

Additionally, a 404 error when trying to access the API from the running docker web-app.
Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi @matteawelch, were you able to manually run the model before you ran the integration tests?

Hi @christophbrgr, the API was not accessible when running manually from the docker web-app (404 error). Including @ChristopherEeles who has been working on this with me.

We were able to launch the Flask app running inside the Docker container, and the model works inside the .ipynb file, but we were unable to get any information from the API, including the most basic 'get_config' end point. All returned a 404 error.

Looking at the stack trace in the integration test, that also looks like it may be a failed GET request. So I suspect the two issues are related.

If you could advise it would be appreciated.

Hello @matteawelch @ChristopherEeles. Thank you for your interest. Looking at your error traceback, it seems the "check_if_config_complies_with_schema" test is failing. Can you share your repo or at least your /contrib_src/model/config.json file?

We can check it offline using something like this, and validating against the schema.

I did try verifying the schema as per the ModelHub documentation, and it seemed to be okay. I may have done something incorrectly though as I don't often validate JSONs.

I couldn't really reproduce your error, but everything seems in order. I just created a PR with minor adjustments and tested offline. When you merge, I can add it to the model registry and do a final test.

OK I made another minor PR in bhklab/DentalArtifactModel for frontend-related issues (naming for model viewer..etc). Please merge before testing.

The model is now here. Try it out. I tested the sample data using
http://localhost/api/predict_sample?filename=OPC-00002.nrrd and it looks ok.

Feel free to change the thumbnail in your repo. If you plan to make changes that might break the modelhub integration, I suggest doing them on a different branch as modelhub will pull from master. Thanks!
