NG Extension Manager – Upcoming v2.3.8 Update

We would like to share an early preview of the upcoming v2.3.8 release of NG Extension Manager.

This update introduces a range of improvements, including refinements to group management, enhancements to search functionality, and important bug fixes. Below is a summary of the key changes.

Group Management

Group management has been redesigned to improve usability and functionality:

• Batch Enable/Disable
  It is now possible to enable or disable all extensions within a group with a single click.

• New Modal Interface
  The group management interface has been moved into a dedicated modal window, accessible via a new icon in the top-right corner.
  All existing group management features are still available, now in a more structured and space-efficient layout.

Search Improvements

The search feature has been expanded to allow searching:

• Extension name (as previously supported)
• Extension ID
• Extension description

These additions improve discoverability and make managing large numbers of extensions more efficient.

Bug Fixes

A previously reported issue affecting the display of extension icons has been resolved.
Details of this fix were initially provided in the v2.3.72 changelog.
