On http://quitte.de/dsp/caps.html#Download the version is 0.9.26, and here there's no version.

caps-lv2 is a port of caps. caps are only LADSPA. In order to use as an LV2 plugin with GUI, you have to use this port.
The version of the dsp is the same here and in "original" caps.
