notificationReceived开发的很不完善？

IOS下无法接收 notificationReceived 事件
ANDROID下在前台情况中无法收到 notificationReceived 事件

notificationReceived事件确实可能不会想象般好用， 具体实现如下：

     var $body = angular.element(document.body);
     $body.scope().$root.$emit('leancloud:notificationReceived',
         notice);
 }
 window.LeanPush.onNotificationReceived._fun(notice); //window.LeanPush.onNotificationReceived(callback)

就是在$rootScope上面传播一个事件， 所以只要window.LeanPush.onNotificationReceived(callback) 被调用， 事件肯定是传出去了（除非 $body.scope().$root出了差错，不过这个情况比较少）

但是有时不好用的原因可能是：

angular事件是在当前scope中DOM层级向下传播， 而比如一个ionic app里面如此多的scope, 很可能出现咱们觉得这个controller应该接到event，然而事实他并不在DOM里

最简单的解决方法是直接使用 $rootScope.$on，保证收到（那样似乎和onNotificationReceived没有太大区别了）

或者借鉴如下代码思想，我这么用过，不过也不保证好，还是要自己斟酌

    $rootScope.$on('recieved', function(evt, notice) {
        //假设notice有eventName

如果$rootScope.$on 和 window.LeanPush.onNotificationReceived 都不被执行， 那可能是插件代码本身的Bug了
