Sort the inputs and variation names in the autogenerated READMEs

Automatically generates READMEs will look easier for navigation if we sort the inputs and variation names alphabetically while generating the READMEs.

Based on the last discussion, these sorting will be performed in the meta rather than while generating the README's since it will be useful for the developers also.

• The inputs will be sorted in alphabetical order
• The variations will be split into - the one with group and ones without group. Then the sorting will be performed separately.
