Error in mlc find cache --tags=get,mlperf,inference,results,dir | xargs tree command in Windows

I tried submission and did the first command mlc find cache --tags=get,mlperf,inference,results,dir | xargs tree, it is giving an error

the second command I tried was a suggestion from Masthan sir, Also an add-on that there is no json file present in 'C:\Users\chira\MLC\repos\local\cache\get-mlperf-inference-submission-dir_5a5a999a\mlperf-inference-submission\closed\GATEOverflow\measurements\Lenovo_Ideapad-reference-cpu-onnxruntime_v1.20.1-default_config\resnet50\offline\Lenovo_Ideapad-reference-cpu-onnxruntime_v1.20.1-default_config.json'

possibly because file is not getting created in desired folder or could be due to naming issue, in the file name it stores version number with dot without any escape characters and windows treat dot as file extension... here is a screenshot of that

I have valid results on my system but cant proceed with submissions in closed div :(

Hi @arjunsuresh, does this PR can fix this issue? even though the PR replaces Linux specific commands with python only for generating compliance logs, I believe it will solve the issue for the mlc script to get the correct result directory natively on Windows

@sujik18 The problem here is with | xargs tree part of the command given in the docs. We need an alternative for Windows.
