Naming - d2fdx2 vs df2dx2

In the following

mlx/examples/cpp/tutorial.cpp

Lines 92 to 93 in a9f80d6

	auto df2dx2 = grad(grad(fn))(x);
	// df2dx2 is 2

Should it not be d2fdx2 instead of df2dx2?
